A Slip of the Keyboard
4 stars
Speeches, letters, essays and anecdotes of Terry Pratchett, brimming with the wit and insight that made Pterry one of the greatest writers of his time. An analysis of gender roles re: wizards and witches stands out in particular as both true and hilarious.
I give the collection four stars because it's not really all that accessible to anyone who is not very familiar with Pratchett's heaping pile of work. There is a lot of information to take in and the occasional helpful footnote from the editor would have been very useful.
And damnit, I miss reading new Discworld novels. GNU, Terry Pratchett.
